How It Works
As shown in the technical diagrams, the device acts as a stabilizing matrix directly under the injured site. Instead of sewing delicate tissue loops together, the surgeon aligns the cut ends of the nerve over the tape's specialized backing.
Once the nerve ends are flush, the tape is wrapped securely around the site. The embedded array of microscopic Nitinol hooks grips only the epineurium (the tough outer layer of the nerve), locking the halves into place without piercing or disturbing the sensitive inner fascicles where nerve regeneration actually happens.
